వీటికి నొప్పి, దురద వంటి ప్రత్యేకమైన లక్షణాలు ఉండవు కానీ, ఇవి తగ్గుతూ, మళ్ళీ పెరుగుతూ మనల్ని ఇబ్బంది పెడుతుంటాయి.

🍵 త్రాగవలసిన ఆయుర్వేద కషాయం (Internal Medicine): ఈ సమస్య శాశ్వతంగా పోవాలంటే ఈ కింద చెప్పిన మూడు పొడులను సమపాళ్లలో (Equal Quantity) కలుపుకోవాలి:

సుగంధిపాల చూర్ణం (Sugandhipala Powder)

మంజిష్టా పొడి (Manjistha Powder)

తిప్పతీగ పొడి (Giloy Powder)

👉 వాడే విధానం:

ఈ మిశ్రమాన్ని రోజుకు 2 స్పూన్లు తీసుకొని, 100 ml నీటిలో వేసి టీ లాగా మరిగించాలి.

దీనిని వడగట్టుకొని ప్రతిరోజూ తాగాలి.

🧴 పైపూత మందు (External Application):

ఆయుర్వేద షాపుల్లో “సోమరాజ తైలం” (Somaraja Tailam) దొరుకుతుంది.

👉 వాడే విధానం: స్నానానికి వెళ్ళే ముందు (Before Bath) ఈ నూనెను మచ్చలు ఉన్న చోట రాసి, ఒక 15 నుండి 20 నిమిషాలు ఆగి స్నానం చేయాలి.

✅ ఫలితం: ఈ విధంగా క్రమం తప్పకుండా చేయడం వల్ల, చర్మంపై ఉన్న మచ్చలు మెల్లిగా తగ్గిపోయి, మీ చర్మం మళ్ళీ సాధారణ స్థితికి (Normal Skin Color) వస్తుంది.

Hi Friends! I am your Dr. Keerthi from Sriam Ayurvedic Hospital.

In today’s video, I am sharing a small but effective tip for ‘Sobi Macchalu’ (medically known as Tinea Versicolor).

✨ Key Points:

🍄 What is it?

It is caused by a type of fungal infection.

You may see white to brown colored patches in various shapes on the face, back, or chest.

There are usually no other symptoms (like pain), but these patches tend to fade and reappear periodically.

🍵 Simple Home Remedy (Internal): To cure this easily, you need to follow this simple remedy. Take the following powders in equal quantities:

Sugandhipala Powder (Indian Sarsaparilla)

Manjistha Powder (Rubia cordifolia)

Tippateega Powder (Giloy)

👉 How to use:

Mix these three powders and store them.

Daily, take 2 spoons of this mixture and boil it in 100 ml of water like a tea decoction.

Strain it and drink it daily.

🧴 External Application:

For external use, “Somaraja Tailam” is available in Ayurvedic shops.

👉 How to use: Apply this oil daily 15 to 20 minutes before your bath. After waiting, wash it off during your bath.

✅ Result: By continuing this process, the patches will slowly fade away and blend back into your natural skin color.
