According to Ayurveda, there are 4 essential factors for a healthy pregnancy. Let’s understand them:

🔹 1. Rutu (Proper Time)
👉 Pregnancy should occur at the right and favorable time.
🔹 2. Kshetra (Healthy Uterus)
👉 The womb or uterus must be healthy to support the pregnancy.
🔹 3. Ambu (Proper Nutrition)
👉 The mother should receive adequate and nourishing food.
